Shipping policy

1. Production Time Once your AI portrait is generated and confirmed, physical production (printing) typically takes 2-4 business days before the item is handed off to the shipping carrier.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

• Domestic (USA): 3-5 business days after production.

• International: 7-14 business days after production. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping times may be extended during holiday peak seasons.

3. Tracking and Delivery You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Pawtastic is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are stolen or lost from your premises. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.

4. Incorrect Addresses If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

5. International Customs and Duties For orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Pawtastic is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the receiving country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
