Refund policy
1. Custom Merchandise Exemption All Pawtastic products are custom-printed using your unique AI-generated artwork. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Dissatisfaction with the artistic interpretation or aesthetic of the AI-generated portrait.

Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer (please refer closely to our sizing charts before purchasing).

Errors in the original photo uploaded by the customer (e.g., poor lighting, blurriness).
2. 7-Day Manufacturing Warranty We guarantee the physical quality of our prints and garments. If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost to you, provided you meet the following conditions:

Notification Window: You must notify us at support@pawtasticco.com within 7 calendar days of the tracked delivery date.

Evidence: Your claim must include your order number and clear photographs showing both the defect and the entire product.

Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will place a replacement order into our production queue immediately. We only issue outright refunds if a replacement is impossible due to inventory outages.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company for a custom order without first attempting to resolve a defect claim through our support team, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback using the terms outlined in this policy and your purchase history.
